Our new extended driving trail will feature thousands of hand-carved and illuminated Jack O’ Lanterns as attendees make their way around King Gillette Ranch in Calabasas, CA. Immerse yourself in an instagrammable Halloween wonderland and experience what everyone is talking about!

WHAT IS NIGHTS OF THE JACK?

NIGHTS OF THE JACK is a family friendly DRIVE-THRU Halloween experience. Expect to see some larger than life pumpkin installations as well as detailed artist depictions of your favorite movie stars, sports heroes and animated characters.

WHEN IS NIGHTS OF THE JACK?

Nights of the Jack takes place from October 1st - November 1st. The venue opens a 6:30pm nightly and our first designated time slot is at 6:30pm or 7:00pm depending on the date. Advanced ticket purchase is required. Please do not arrive any sooner than 15 minutes prior to your designated time slot.

HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE TAKE TO SEE?

The driving trail itself is approximately one mile long and it is self-guided from your vehicle. Visitors are welcome to experience the attractions at a 5MPH speed limit. Most guests will spend about 25 minutes on the trail.

IS NIGHTS OF THE JACK SCARY?

Our trail experience is NOT scary but can be a little spooky in a few places.

DOES NIGHTS OF THE JACK HAVE FOOD AND BEVERAGES?

Unfortunately, due to strict LA County Health Department regulations, NO food and beverage will be made available this season. If regulations should change in the coming weeks and we are able to offer this, we will keep everyone updated.

DOES NIGHTS OF THE JACK HAVE RESTROOMS?

Unfortunately, due to strict LA County Health Department regulations, NO restrooms will be made available for ticketholders this season as no one will be permitted to leave their vehicle. If regulations should change in the coming weeks and we are able to provide a restroom option, we will keep everyone updated.

IS THE EVENT FOR ALL AGES?

ALL ages are welcome to attend our event and there is truly something to enjoy whether you are old or young.

WHATS THE REFUND POLICY?

All tickets are non-refundable. Our show will operate rain or shine.

DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT?

We encourage you to bring a printed copy of your ticket to be scanned for expedited entry or please have your digital ticket ready for scanning on your TIXR app.

IS IT OK IF THE NAME ON MY TICKET OR REGISTRATION DOESN'T MATCH THE PERSON WHO ATTENDS?

Yes, each vehicle ticket has it's own QR code for entry. Each vehicle must have a ticket, it’s not necessary to match the name to the attendee.

IS THERE SECURITY AT NIGHTS OF THE JACK?

Attendee vehicles will pass through a security check-point prior to entering our activation zone.

CAN I BRING MY DOG TO NIGHTS OF THE JACK?

There are NO pets permitted on the grounds. Only guide dogs for the blind and service animals for people with disabilities will be permitted in accordance with ADA requirements. Since this season is a Drive-Thru experience, no person shall be permitted to walk the trail.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

IS SMOKING PERMITTED ON THE GROUNDS?

Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the grounds.

The event is rain or shine. Tickets are non-refundable.

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?

This season we will be charging per vehicle. Your ticket is valid for the legal number of occupants permitted in the vehicle. Every occupant must be in a seatbelt or car seat. Tickets are $69 per vehicle, up to 7 people. A $20 Large Vehicle add on is required for vehicles with 8-12 people which is purchased upon check out.

WHY DO I HAVE TO CHOOSE A TIME WHEN I PURCHSE A TICKET?

We allow only a certain number of vehicles to enter the trail per time slot as there is a limited capacity and number of tickets we can extend for each time listed.

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?

No tickets will be available for purchase at the door, you must purchase all tickets in advance online. We encourage you to visit the website frequently as additional ticket allotments may be released.

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

All tickets are non-refundable. The event will operate rain or shine.

CAN I CHANGE MY TIME SLOT?

Unfortunately no, you may not change your time slot for a purchased ticket.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE BEFORE THE TICKET TIME PURCHASED?

Please do not arrive any sooner than 15 minutes before your designated time slot listed on your ticket. Please plan accordingly and leave some time for traffic and processing.

DO I HAVE TO BRING MY TICKET TO THE EVENT?

Yes, all tickets are scanned upon arrival. We can scan your phone or printed ticket for entry.

WHEN ATTENDING NIGHTS OF THE JACK YOU MUST TO ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING VEHICLE GUIDELINES:

  • Your ticket is valid for the legal number of occupants permitted in the vehicle. Every occupant must be in a seatbelt or car seat.

  • Anything over 7 passengers must purchase the $20 Large Vehicle add on to their ticket which allows for 8-12 people. This add on is available upon check out of your standard vehicle ticket. You may NOT exceed 12 passengers in one vehicle.

  • All guests must remain in their vehicle at all times during the experience.

  • You are solely responsible for the operation of your car.

  • Maintain a safe distance from the vehicle in front of you.

  • The speed limit is 5mph and traffic attendants will be along the route to monitor closely.

  • The driver of any vehicle must NOT use a phone, take pictures, or video while driving.

  • Drive only on designated pathways.

  • No motorcycles, buses, RVs or limos. Convertibles with top down are permitted.

  • Guests will NOT be permitted to sit in the bed of a pick-up truck or any other exterior area of a vehicle.

  • Should an emergency arise, a staff member will direct you to a safe area.

NIGHTS OF THE JACK DRIVE-THRU HAS TAKEN ADVANCED HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES FOR BOTH OUR ATTENDEES AND OUR STAFF AS THIS IS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY.

  • Our production is outside in the open air on 50 acres of land.

  • We are providing a contactless experience including your Check-In via scanning of your mobile device or printed ticket from a safe distance.

  • All staff will be required to wear masks & social distance at all times when working.

  • Periodic testing, daily health screening & daily temperature checks will be mandatory for all staff prior to being admitted to work.

  • Frequent hand sanitizing will be required by all staff.

  • Our staff will complete a mandatory health & safety COVID-19 training prior to work.
